The Professional Services Analytics team partners closely with the Professional Services business within Salesforce to drive data-informed decision-making. We are looking for a curious an Data Analytics Analyst to join our Analytics team someone who thrives on turning complex, raw data into clear, actionable insights, compelling dashboards, and meaningful business stories. If you're someone who gets genuinely excited about untangling messy data and turning it into something clear, visual, and useful,  we'd love to have you on the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

* Use Tableau to create interactive, intuitive, and actionable visualizations. 
* Partner cross-functionally with business and operational teams to understand functional requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operational details of the business (e.g., key datasets, business drivers/KPIs).
* Assist in wrangling data sets using SQL, Snowflake, and Salesforce to discover patterns, correlate findings, and measure the impact on business and key metrics.
* Know how to extract, manipulate, and transform data. Basic understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
* Automate manual reporting processes, develop data warehouse catalog, and improve dataset quality. Support the data engineering team in creating and maintaining data pipelines.
* Maintain data accuracy, perform audits, and contribute to robust data solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

* Strong hands-on knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake.
* Good business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp functional concepts and apply them to data and analytics work.
* Familiarity with Tableau Prep Builder and Airflow is a plus.
* Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities.
* Ability to quickly grasp technological and business concepts.
* Nice to have: knowledge of Python programming language.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

* 2–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis.
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Background in professional services or SaaS industry is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with any of the following tools: Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Relational databases, Salesforce, or any other analytics/data science tool.
* Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
