About the Role

Peek is looking for a curious, product-minded, and data-driven Data Analyst – Analytics, AI, and Customer Insights to help turn data into meaningful insights, reporting, and business improvements.

In this role, you’ll work across business intelligence, product analytics, partner-facing analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll support internal teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership, while also helping deliver insights directly to Peek’s business customers.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable working with data, communicating clearly, and translating complex analysis into practical recommendations. Because this role may involve working directly with English and French speaking customers, the ideal candidate must be fully fluent in both French and English and comfortable participating in client-facing conversations, presentations, and follow-ups.

You do not need to be a machine learning engineer or train models from scratch. You should, however, be comfortable using modern AI tools thoughtfully, evaluating their output, and helping turn promising AI use cases into practical analytics workflows.

What You’ll DoBusiness Intelligence, Reporting, and Insights
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytic tools using BI platforms such as Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership to deliver insights that support business decisions.

  • Analyze customer and user behavior across key product flows, including activation, conversion, engagement, retention, churn, and feature adoption.

  • Identify product opportunities, funnel drop-offs, friction points, and performance trends using appropriate analytical techniques.

  • Contribute to metric definition and performance tracking for new features, enhancements, partner initiatives, and business priorities.

  • Automate recurring reporting and data workflows using SQL, dbt, and lightweight scripting such as Python, R, Google Apps Script, or similar tools.

  • Support data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting pipelines, data marts, and dashboards.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve customer experience, product decisions, and business outcomes.

Product and Partner-Facing Analytics
  • Deliver custom data solutions and insights to Peek’s business customers, including French-speaking customers where needed.

  • Present findings, recommendations, and performance trends to internal stakeholders and external customers in both French and English.

  • Support customer-facing analytics conversations by explaining data clearly, answering follow-up questions, and helping partners understand opportunities.

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to enhance the revenue capabilities of Peek’s SaaS booking platform.

  • Collaborate with data and software engineering teams to support the growth, accuracy, and reliability of Peek’s data warehouse, data models, and data marts.

  • Assist in preparing and delivering analytics projects on time and at a high standard.

AI-Driven Analytics and Innovation
  • Use modern AI tools and APIs, such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or comparable platforms, to accelerate analysis, automate repeatable workflows, and improve stakeholder self-service.

  • Experiment with AI-enabled analytics use cases, including natural-language data exploration, automated insight summaries, data-quality checks, opportunity identification, and workflow routing.

  • Help identify high-value business problems where AI can improve decision speed, reduce manual work, or uncover revenue and product opportunities.

  • Measure the effectiveness of AI-enabled workflows using adoption, quality, efficiency, and business-impact metrics.

  • Apply sound judgment around data privacy, accuracy, and human review; validate AI-generated insights before they inform decisions.

  • Actively participate in Peek’s analytics community by sharing best practices, contributing to analytics forums, and staying current with analytics and AI trends.

What You Bring
  • Business-level French and English proficiency is required for this role, including the ability to communicate effectively in professional, client-facing, and cross-functional business settings

  • Comfort working in a client-facing capacity, including presenting insights, explaining analysis, and answering questions from business customers.

  • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, product analytics, data analytics
