General Description
The Operations Management Analyst I is responsible for providing specialized support and administration of Salesforce, including data maintenance, process optimization, and continuous system improvement. This role delivers Salesforce expertise to internal stakeholders through troubleshooting, report development, and day-to-day administrative support.
The Analyst will contribute by identifying inefficiencies, conducting detailed performance analyses, and recommending data-driven process enhancements. Additional responsibilities include implementing data-quality best practices, supporting data migration efforts, and ensuring ongoing data integrity within Salesforce environments.
Specific Responsibilities
- Facilitate data cleanup best practices to maintain high-quality data
- Perform complex troubleshooting using multi-faceted problem solving
- Managed Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets/groups, workflows, and sharing rules
- Develop meaningful reports and dashboard to identify gaps, business performance, data cleanliness, and KPIs
- Execute customer data migrations from various legacy systems into Salesforce
- Identify inefficiencies across business functions and collaborate with key stakeholders to design, recommend, and implement streamlined process improvements
- Perform comprehensive research and analysis to accelerate issue resolution and enhance operational effectiveness
- Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for Salesforce users including technology issues and process issues
- Prioritize and manage multiple work items and ensure timely follow-through and completion
- Show the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties and responsibilities to assist the department/company meet their objectives
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent experience required such as High School Diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change
- 2+ years of direct experience with CMS administration, automated reporting, or process improvements
- Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, prioritizing projects, weighing trade-offs and setting clear expectations.
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to speak and present to various levels within the organization
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize daily work and complete projects with limited supervision
- Experience with data cleanup and migration initiatives
- MS office suite expertise, primarily automation tools within excel
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and generating reports/dashboard
- Salesforce certified administrator
- SQL experience
- Automotive industry knowledge
USD 50,400.00 - 75,600.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $50,400.00 - $75,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
