Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- N6 certificate in Economics, Business Management, Project Management
The skills we need:
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (vlookups, pivots, data validation, etc.), Google Workspace
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of the Personal Shopper Programme.
- Monitor daily operations, proactively identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and internal tools, ensuring data integrity.
- Compile, analyse, and report on operational and performance data using Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, and (optionally) Salesforce.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and close service or knowledge gaps, elevating both Personal Shopper experience and business results.
This is a 12-month contract position.
