As an Operations Consultant - Settlements (Payouts), you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payment transactions while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient service, meet compliance requirements, and minimise operational risk. With a strong focus on accuracy, process ownership, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to achieving service standards, supporting team success, and upholding Heartland Bank's values in everything you do.

You're a pro with:

  • Banking or finance experience preferred

  • Knowledge in loan documentation, securities, and settlement beneficial

  • Understanding of the importance of compliance obligations & Exposure to loan documentation beneficial

  • Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to reconcile information, spot and remediate inaccuracies

  • relentless desire to learn and leverage the latest technologies.
