Lead a delivery workstream from discovery to production, translate business needs into testable solutions, run workshops, map processes and customer journeys, manage stakeholders, work in agile pods with developers and QA, and produce clear structured documentation.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, create content and customer communications, manage CRM and lifecycle activity, coordinate agencies and stakeholders, monitor performance and reporting, and ensure all activity meets regulatory and brand governance.

Manage agrifinance customer portfolios, perform credit and financial analysis, oversee risk and compliance, engage distribution partners and farmers, improve processes, and deliver outstanding customer service for rural and livestock clients.
