Build and deliver strategic data engineering solutions across New Zealand and Australia. Responsibilities include developing Snowflake and dbt platforms, creating ingestion and orchestration pipelines, applying dimensional modeling and Data Vault 2.0, delivering governed semantic layers, optimizing performance and costs, and supporting regulated financial services reporting and analytics. The role combines hands-on engineering, solution design, stakeholder engagement, controlled releases, testing, documentation, and data governance.

Provide empathetic and professional support to existing and prospective reverse mortgage customers. Manage enquiries by phone and email, explain the reverse mortgage process, administer applications and customer accounts, and complete processing tasks accurately, efficiently, and compliantly while working with the New Business team.

Leads treasury activities across securitisation, wholesale funding, liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange risk, hedging, and balance sheet management. Prepares reporting for ALCO, the Board, and executives; manages external stakeholders, regulatory obligations, and treasury controls. Supports strategic funding initiatives, process improvement, and automation while coaching team members and deputising for the Deputy Group Treasurer.
