• Operação da máquina;

• Preparar os equipamentos e realizar a troca de produtos na linha de Adesivos;

• Abastecer a linha com insumos e suprimentos necessários para o envase dos produtos;

• Atentar-se e cumprir as especificações e diretrizes descritas nas fichas de processos;

• Preencher de forma correta e legível as fichas de produção, com as informações pertinentes ao processo, quando necessário reportar essas informações para o sistema;

• Preparar o local de trabalho, manter limpo e organizado;

• Coletar amostras do processo e encaminhar ao Controle de Qualidade para análise e verificação;

• Conhecer os pontos de riscos e paradas de emergência das máquinas e equipamentos da produção de adesivos;

• Levantar ideias, soluções e sugestões para o líder do setor para melhoria contínua de processo;

• Retirar todos os produtos com defeito ou anomalias, que comprometam a qualidade do produto e/ou a linha de produção reportando ao líder da área;

• Colaborar com o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos, máquinas e ferramentas acionando o líder do setor quando qualquer anomalia for percebida;

• Informar ao líder do setor sobre as dificuldades que tenha ao executar uma tarefa assim que surgir;

• Reporte no sistema Totvs;

• Utilizar os EPI’s de acordo com as normas de segurança;

• Organizar e/ou manter organizado o setor de trabalho;

• Cumprir as políticas de Ética, Qualidade, Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente da Empresa.

Dias da semana: Segunda a sexta feira
