Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join the Americas marketing team to drive exceptional execution of digital-first campaign using modern marketing techniques. This role requires a results-driven marketer to help us grow our brand visibility with marketing campaigns, content strategy, digital and social media marketing channels, and events.
Core expectation centers on developing and executing marketing campaigns through a cross-channel and multi-media approach and so the candidate will need to have strong social media, digital content, e-mail marketing, and project management skills. Agency experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting on the execution and management of a global content and event campaign pipeline but with a focus on the Americas region: working closely with the broader marketing teams on the implementation of marketing campaigns -- from development to execution to post-execution analysis

Create and deploy email campaigns using Oliver Wyman’s email system and CRM tool.

Manage the creation and adaptation of Oliver Wyman content for various digital channels with a special focus on digital storytelling and the creation of versatile assets.

Assist in PR pitches using key messaging from core campaigns and needed research.

Correlate data sets into bespoke reports and analyses that are clear and actionable.

Establishing and effectively managing expectations amongst stakeholders outside of marketing

Contributing to marketing team meetings and planning sessions with Partners and marketing leaders around the globe. This will typically also include teams formed from our centers of excellence to address a specific project or need in collaboration with other functions across the firm (including, but not limited to, Knowledge Services, Design, and Information Technology, among others) Collaborating closely with the marketing Digital, Operations, Events, Content and Social Media teams to ensure maximum marketing channel success

Coordinating with outside vendors (like event production companies) to ensure alignment and that campaigns continue to move forward
Experience Required:

A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant marketing experience
-
A track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns across channels, insightful content, and engaging events

Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs

Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and popular social media channels
