Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Marketing team at Mercer. This role will be based in Mexico City, Torre Mayor Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. You will collaborate with various teams and external agencies to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.
We will count on you to:
- Manage paid campaigns from start to finish, collaborating with marketers and digital leads to understand goals and offerings.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external media agencies to create effective campaign strategies and drive online optimization (traffic, engagement, conversion).
- Drive SEO performance through content development, keyword research, and monitoring organic KPIs.
- Analyze data to create actionable insights and enhance engagement, journeys, and conversion rates through A/B testing.
- Monitor progress against regional objectives and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement.
What you need to have:
- At least 4 years of experience in strategizing, designing, and executing a digital marketing presence that amplifies brand engagement and online leads.
- Experience in advertising on Google, Microsoft Display & Search, LinkedIn Ads, and Demandbase ABM Display Ads.
- Proven digital marketing expertise, including knowledge of SEO/SEM, lead nurturing, UX/UI, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in platforms such as AEM, Adobe Target, GA/Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics.
