We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Administration Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage local and overseas postal matters (document and parcel)
  • Manage mail & document sorting and distribution
  • Provide efficient document delivery/collection services, among office locations and to/ from designated locations
  • Assist in general administration support and office facilities services, such as counter services and event venue/room setting, etc.
  • Conduct routine office facilities checking
  • Perform outdoor work and ad-hoc duties as and when required
  • Work hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Mon – Fri (5-day work week)

Requirements:

  • F.5 standard with an understanding in English
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in office operations, preferably in multi-national or sizable companies
  • Responsible, polite, stable and good team player
  • Basic PC skills, command of MS office (i.e. Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing) will be advantageous
  • Immediate available preferred

  • 簡單電腦應用,熟悉MS Office(如ExcelWord、中文文字處理)者優先考慮
  • 能即時上班者優先

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Skills Required

  • F.5 standard or above
