Job Description► Travel Arrangements: Supporting colleagues with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, insurance, car rentals, and travel documentation, using company portals
► Procurement Support: Assisting with the ordering process through Bosch purchasing systems for office supplies, incentives, team-building events, etc. You will communicate with vendors and follow up as necessary
► Content Management and Documentation Support: Maintaining department pages and various documents, both internally and externally. Following and implementing Bosch procedures while documenting all updates
► Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding of new colleagues within the department
► General Department Support: Handling miscellaneous requests and questions from team members
► Improvements and Initiatives: Researching and proposing ways to improve employee experience and overall department functionality
► Awareness and Transparency: Ensuring high awareness of local Bosch procedures, both within our department and the whole location
► Experience in administrative tasks
► Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
► Fluency in English, both spoken and written
► Fast comprehension, flexibility and adaptability to grasp new concepts
► Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
► Analytical abilities and attitude in problem-solving
► Effective written and verbal communication skills
► A working knowledge of German is a plus
► A university degree is an advantage
