Job Responsibilities:
Nonconformance Management
- Lead root cause investigations of nonconformances.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement Preventive/Corrective Actions (PCA).
- Manage nonconforming raw materials, components, and finished goods in accordance with Magna procedures.
- Maintain records and provide necessary information for analysis and reporting on quality costs to management.
Claims Activity
- Lead claims activities related to customer complaints and warranties in accordance with the problem-solving procedure (8D).
- Report claim status to management.
