Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive business growth, capital equipment sales through value-based selling and

consultative engagement,

• Build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline using CRM tools and sales analytics.

• Develop new markets and strengthen key customer and KOL relationships.

• Deliver clinical demonstrations, workshops, and solution-based selling.

• Gather market intelligence and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain.

• Support product launches, installed-base expansion, forecasting, CRM, and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to Elekta's Quality Management System and company values.

• Serve as the neuro subject matter expert for clinical and product knowledge, providing

technical guidance and trusted support to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Provide ongoing post-sales support and strategic guidance to customers to drive product

adoption, optimize clinical outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities.

• CRM compliance

• Scientific engagement/KOL development

Educational:

• Bachelor's (master’s preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in capital medical device sales, preferably

Neurosurgery/Neuromodulation.

• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, stakeholder, and distribution management

skills.

  • Experience supporting product launches, forecasting, and CRM compliance
  • Adherence to Quality Management System and compliance standards
