- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on growing existing business while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans to convert identified target accounts into new customers and drive long-term revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and margin objectives.
- Develop trusted relationships with key IT and business leaders, including C-level executives, to understand their priorities, challenges, and long-term technology strategies.
- Apply consultative and value-based selling techniques to position networking solutions that align with customers’ business and technology needs.
- Lead complex sales opportunities from identification through negotiation and close, coordinating internal resources throughout the sales cycle.

- Build and leverage relationships with channel partners and other external partners to expand customer reach and advance sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to grow HPE’s networking footprint across wireless, routing, security, and related solutions.
- Maintain accurate account forecasts, pipeline activity, and opportunity information, ensuring sales activity is updated regularly.
- Monitor customer, industry, and competitive trends to identify new opportunities and support strategic customer conversations.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and coordinate resources to address business, solution, or delivery challenges.
- Protect and grow existing customer relationships while proactively developing whitespace and net-new business within the assigned territory.

- Demonstrated experience managing and growing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
- Experience owning a sales quota and managing opportunities throughout the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Experience building relationships with senior IT and business leaders, including C-level executives.
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or other external partners to develop and advance customer opportunities.
- Must reside within the Massachusetts or Maine territory and be able to travel approximately 50%, locally for customer and partner meetings as needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
