Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales growth strategy for PDx China Contrast Media business, including identification of markets for growth and areas of strategic development, setting of priorities and decision of marketing investment through a holistic analysis of markets, customers and sales.
· Manage overall P&L, establish business operation plan, improve operation efficiency and achieve growth targets of sales and profit.
· Drive the establishment of business governance model and a highly effective operating mechanism.
· Manage and deliver key financial performance, including top line revenue, margin, and base cost targets.
· Ensure customer focus through communicating and building rapport with customers and make sure that "voice of customers” are reflected in product programs and business processes.
· Collaborate with and lead cross commercial/functional teams to identify market opportunities, priorities and follow up with go-to-market strategy.
· Cultivate and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders and other external partners and organizations to ensure the alignment with market trends in product marketing areas.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial change process, whilst driving simplification.
· Build high performing and engaged team, attract and retain key talents and create an environment that fosters employee engagement, diversity and professional development.
Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor's degree or above
· Experience in business management or sales/marketing in progressive leadership positions in healthcare/pharma industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers thereof
· Business management and resources allocation skills including business plan development
· Leadership skills including experience of leading teams and shaping growth vision and designing of go-to-market strategy
· Strong business acumen demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership with ability to work smoothly in matrix organization.
· Ability to energize, collaborate, build rapport and influence at all levels. Act as inspirational leader with sales coaching skills.
· Team building skills - ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams at all levels
