Your Responsibilities:
- Optimize Operations: Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and systems to maximize efficiency.
- Expert Knowledge Sharing: Ensure air operational teams are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge, and provide expert insights to enhance business intelligence.
- Take Control of Product Performance: Collaborate in managing the product’s P&L, ensuring KPIs are met, and leading the annual budgeting process.
- Business Development: Spearhead new business initiatives, support sales teams, and drive cross-selling strategies.
- National Account Solutions: Design tailored solutions for potential national accounts and oversee their successful implementation.
- Procurement Leadership: Take national responsibility for procurement, ensuring that buying rates remain competitive and fair.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Deep Expertise in Air Freight: You bring strong air freight knowledge and are passionate about pushing boundaries.
- Leadership Experience: Previous managerial experience in a freight forwarder or 3PL organization.
