About the Role
This lead is to role is national role to lead the Sound and recording business PAN India.
Consumer facing role with strong business development.
Your Reporting.
This role will report into Director Entertainment solutions. Will be leading dotted line the E commerce business also.
What You Will Do :
- Leading the Consumer facing business of Harman for the Sound and recording.
- Developing the Musical instrument store network along with portable stick PA.
- Leading the brand like AKG and product segments like Microphone, Studio Monitor, Headphone etc.
What You Need: Criteria
- String passion for professional audio industry.
- Understand market trends: Consider economic conditions and consumer preferences to make informed decisions.
- Adapt inventory: Adjust inventory based on seasonal demand.
- Analyze consumer trends: Regularly analyze consumer trends to identify emerging preferences.
- Run marketing campaigns: Tailor marketing efforts during peak seasons to attract more customers.
- Educate customers: Use informational signage and literature to educate customers.
- Offer repair services: Provide a full-time repair department for clients.
- Stay up to date: Continually modify product and service offerings to stay on the leading edge of technology.
- Differentiate from competitors: Exploit the weaknesses of competitors to differentiate from them.
- Designs and implements effective sales strategies for the firm
- Generates sales reports and forecasts
- Monitors sales performance
- Analyzes market trends and behaviors
- Leads sales teams nationwide
- Maintains healthy working relationships with clients
What is Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management positions
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Works well under pressure
- Working knowledge of market trends and behaviors
