Votre Impact : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients actuels et les prospects en tant que trusted advisor (conseiller de confiance) afin de comprendre en profondeur leurs défis et objectifs uniques. Vous conseillerez les clients sur la plateforme Salesforce pour promouvoir des solutions qui les aideront à atteindre leurs objectifs business et à ouvrir de nouvelles voies au sein de leur organisation. Missions clés :

  • Gérer des cycles de vente complets et complexes en présentant la valeur de notre suite complète d'applications.

  • Développer et exécuter une stratégie pour acquérir de nouveaux clients et développer les relations clients existantes afin d'accroître l'adoption des comptes et le chiffre d'affaires.

  • Gérer et anticiper l'activité commerciale et les opportunités en utilisant le CRM de Salesforce, le meilleur de sa catégorie.

  • Mener de front plusieurs tâches, hiérarchiser les priorités et gérer son temps efficacement.

Qualifications requises :

  • Planification et stratégies de comptes : Établir des plans pour atteindre les objectifs de vente en identifiant et en qualifiant efficacement les opportunités au sein du secteur public en France.

  • Recherche et diagnostic (Discovery) : Découvrir les processus actuels d'un prospect, ses défis commerciaux et ses objectifs stratégiques en se basant sur des cas d'usage clients et des hypothèses de valeur.

  • Élaboration de solutions : Identifier des propositions de valeur percutantes qui répondent aux besoins des clients en démontrant une bonne compréhension des solutions technologiques.

  • Communication client : Interagir avec les clients de manière claire, concise et opportune.

  • Mobilisation des ressources : S'investir continuellement vers l'obtention de résultats en exploitant pleinement les capacités des ressources et des outils disponibles.

  • Vente en équipe (Team Selling) : S'aligner avec l'ensemble de l'équipe de compte et des partenaires pour soutenir l'opportunité et la réussite du client.

  • Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français.

Qualifications souhaitées :

  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.

  • Expérience dans la vente d'applications d'entreprise (business applications) au secteur public fortement privilégiée.

  • Formation aux méthodologies de vente.

  • Capacité à développer des cas d'usage (business cases) et des exigences de service, tout en concevant et en pilotant des alliances stratégiques.
