Mr D - Partner Onboarding Associate

Mr D, a division of the Takealot Group, is looking for a highly talented Partner Onboarding Associate to join our team in Cape Town.

This position reports to the Data Integration Manager of Mr D.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Onboard new restaurant partners
• Monitor restaurant and menu data within the operational platforms
• Execute the workflow according to set priorities and deadlines
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all data entries into the respective systems
• Ensure internal team quality KPIs are met
• Interact with restaurants to establish menu listing requirements
• Interact with Mr D account management representatives
• Ad Hoc team projects
• Make recommendations to improve processes and system enhancements
• Interact with the Takealot Delivery Network team regarding the coordination of go-live dates of new delivery hubs

Attributes required:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to prioritize workloads
• Ability to work independently but also be a team player across teams
• A strong working knowledge of Excel, Google sheets and Microsoft Office
• Be project orientated
• Smart, hard-working, with demonstrable integrity
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English
• Must be able to work overtime when required

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification (Not essential)
• A minimum 1 to 2 years in e-commerce or a similar role
