JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Support Executive – Mobility & Experiences
Role Purpose
To support the HBX commercial teams and our client partners across the M&E product verticals—including Car Hire, Transfers, and Experiences—by providing both commercial and operational support. This role acts as a vital link between commercial strategy and client delivery, ensuring excellence in:
- Product performance
- Partner engagement
- Internal ecosystem collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily commercial support to Sales Managers, Sales Support teams, and clients (including web/XML support).
- Act as a key liaison between commercial teams and travel trade clients (OTAs, agents, etc.).
- Analyse trading patterns and product display across selling channels to ensure optimal delivery and customer experience.
- Support product competitiveness reviews and manage product exclusions where necessary.
- Assist with mapping actions, product file matching, and optimisation tasks.
- Handle group enquiries for Experience products and ensure smooth coordination.
- Support Sales team and partners with booking issues (e.g., missing contracts, incorrect services, availability issues, client partner escalations).
- Create and manage white labels and widgets for partners.
- Compile regular reports and performance stats, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to market product offerings effectively.
- Research market trends and new opportunities to support sales strategy.
- There may be a requirement to attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed to represent the company outside of working hours
Candidate Profile
Education & Background
- University degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or related field.
- Interest in the travel tech and tourism sector.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in Sales or Marketing within the Travel Industry.
- Proven ability to work with travel trade partners and business networks.
- Familiarity with travel systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong Excel skills (including key formulas and data handling).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Spanish language skills desirable; English proficiency required.
