Job DescriptionTo prepare Vehicle and Asset Finance Credit Finance Applications for customers. To provide a superior service to customers through the provision of information and the processing of customer Vehicle loan applications requests & amendments to existing Vehicle loans. To ensure that the needs of the customers are met and that accurate and timely actions are taken in line with laid down policies and procedures.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce or related
Additional InformationExperience:
3-4 years:
- Previous Vehicle and Asset Finance Experience preferred.
- Branch banking experience in the front line (e.g., customer consultant, service consultant) will be an advantage.
- Extensive product knowledge of all bank products, processes and procedures. Understand the interdependencies of the various functions performed in the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and agreeing with New Business Team Leader the prospecting of new customers/dealers and the manner in which these are to be developed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Motor Dealers and Customers.
- Professionally interact with potential clients and customers to determine their financial needs.
- Assess applications for Credit Finance received from Dealer clients, ad hoc walk-in customers via telephone, email or on appointment basis.
- Scrutinize applications to minimize fraudulent activities which includes identify theft, falsifying of documentation, etc.
