Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out manufacturing plans to boost productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
- Lead manufacturing transformation initiatives by bringing to bear artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, automation, and digital solutions to optimize production performance and accelerate decision-making.
- Guide and support a group of professionals, encouraging an environment of inclusion, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Strictly monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate daily operations and proactively resolve production challenges to maintain flawless manufacturing flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for process optimization, automation deployment, and smart manufacturing solutions.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through the use of manufacturing intelligence platforms, predictive analytics, real-time dashboards, and AI-assisted insights.
- Champion continuous improvement programs by integrating AI, automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, and outstanding manufacturing methodologies to achieve balanced business results.
- Promote the adoption of AI tools and digital workflows that improve workforce efficiency, operational agility, and manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading high-performing manufacturing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring to bear data analytics, AI tools, and digital technologies to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
- Experience driving digital transformation, automation, smart manufacturing, or AI deployment initiatives within manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication and collaborator management skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment that relies on advanced systems.
- Skilled in manufacturing software, automation systems, statistical analysis tools, and digital manufacturing platforms.
- Experience with machine learning, predictive maintenance, intelligent process control, computer vision, or Industry 4.0 concepts is preferred.
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and accelerating AI adoption across manufacturing operations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience leading manufacturing operations, process engineering, or production organizations.
- Proven experience deploying and sustaining manufacturing systems, process control methodologies, automation solutions, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience managing AI, analytics, smart manufacturing, digital factory, or Industry 4.0 projects is highly preferred.
- Semiconductor, memory, or high-tech manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes through operational excellence, automation, quality enhancement, AI-enabled solutions, or efficiency improvement.
