Are you passionate about turning paid media data into insights, and do you want to apply those skills in the LEGO Groups new in-house media agency? This role is all about turning paid media data into actions and helping our stakeholders understand and learn how to optimize our paid media. You will be serving our Western Europe team acting as their point of contact working closely together with your colleagues to build global solutions supporting our reporting needs.
This role combines data visualization, Power BI building, reporting and stakeholder communication. You will play an important role ensuring our central paid media data initiatives are valuable for your stakeholders

Core Responsibilities
- Global Reporting Analytics – Analyze how paid digital media campaigns are performing and how
- Analyze Paid Media Metrics that matter – Deep-dive into how paid media impact our business
- Data governance – Oversee market group Western Europe performance to ensure the strongest return on investment for The LEGO Group. Driving alignment with local needs to global initiatives is a key responsibility in this role.
- Make reporting valuable – Ensure your stakeholders have strong reporting solutions, and they are updated on performance on a regular basis.
- Stakeholder & Executive Influence - Serve as the reporting subject matter expert for paid media, engaging with leadership, local market and external partners to drive alignment and advocacy.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in digital/traditional media involving paid advertising Reporting/analytics - ideally from a media agency.
Strong knowledge of paid media performance data and how to make it useful for our marketers.
Proven record of working with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
Basic understanding of using Python/SQL to transform data into insights – or willing to learn it.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate media data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of the media landscape and evolving privacy/regulatory environment.
A dedication to purposeful, ethical marketing that reflects the LEGO Group’s values and mission.
Strong communicator skilled at influencing key collaborators and encouraging cross-functional teams.
A dedication to hardworking, ethical marketing in line with the LEGO Group’s values and mission.
English language both written and spoken at a professional proficiency level is important.
Ability to work 3 days from our office in Copenhagen (2 days working from home)
