Data Management Lead DACH (DM Lead DACH) is a key role in DACH Business Unit. Key functions are organized there on local level to allow an E2E view of the business with specific focus on the key strategic priorities of DACH markets.
This role contributes to Mondelez strategy" local first in MEU" and plays crucial role in full commercial performance accountability of DACH markets. Master Data Manager DACH is accountable for leading the DMS Operations for master data domains and categories, providing master data expertise as well as driving best practice in data processes over a wide range of data stakeholders across DACH BU and the MEU region.
How you will contribute
- Manage DACH DM operations on day to day transactional work, processes, dependencies and/or escalations of area in scope in cooperation with global/regional function leads/stakeholders and MDS Data and Analytics Global leads. Guarantee the adherence to processes and compliance as well as delivery of defined KPI and SLA targets. Maintain vigilant of targets and new requirements and/or adjustments needed on SLA/KPI agreements. 8. Active participation in
- Leads a DM DACH Team to manage all functions/countries/categories/plants in the cluster and assure business continuity.
- Team management:
a. Maintain a highly engaged and motivated team.
b. Resource Management: Efficiently staff operational Data Management (DM) resources, monitoring and balancing workloads to optimize performance.
c. Key User and Project Staffing: Staff SME roles and project requirements with qualified personnel, ensuring project success.
d. People Development: Foster the professional growth and development of team members through training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities.
- Quality, Performance Management, and Continuous Improvement: Drive quality enhancements and performance management initiatives, process improvements, and Continuous Improvement (CI) including including digitalization initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Lead local, regional, and global projects or initiatives related to operational work, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders as required. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals, resources, project priorities, and organizational initiatives.
- Audit and Compliance Management: Manage and serve as the local point of contact for the coordination of audits, control, and compliance activities within operations, connecting with auditor teams, the Global DMS Governance team, and BPO providers. Oversee the execution of critical controls. Monitor the execution and closure of any Management Action Plans (MAPs).
- RPA and Standardization Agenda: Manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA), standardization, and simplification agenda.
- GS1 and GDSN topics. Active participation in GDSN and DQ Standarization working groups.
What you will bring

- Min. 3 years of business experience in a functional area's of finance/supply chain, new technology development and implementation incl. the experience in project management
- Min. 2 years in master data management and project management.
