The BM has responsibility for one segments within the German Seasonal Confectionery business, Hollows, as well as the year-end marketing campaigns.
How you will contribute
- Support the management of the Seasonals portfolio in Germany, ensuring execution aligns with the overarching brand strategy set by the Senior Brand Manager.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for the Hollows segment, integrating and amplifying European projects while recommending scalable locally-created initiatives when needed to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics to provide insights and recommendations to the Senior Brand Manager.
- Oversee a segment of the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, spend tracking, and delivery of targeted outcomes.
- Implement the media strategy and develop the integrated marketing campaign for the year-end across all touch points, ensuring brand consistency, recommending a clear set of KPIs and strong consumer engagement
- Develop the innovation pipeline for the Hollows segment, including product launches and other product-change or RGM initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Category Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives and resolve/recommend operational challenges when needed.
- Work collaboratively within the Seasons marketing team, providing guidance and support to junior team members, while contributing to overall team success.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- University degree: Business, Marketing
- Relevant professional experience in the marketing department (4-5 years) & in an international FMCG environment
- Solid experience on guiding teams to success
- Very good track record on brand building, activation & product launches
- Ability to work with autonomy
- Creative and open minded
- Organizing and problem solving skills
- Analytical and structured thinking
- strong presentation and engagement skills
- Skills on computer literacy, esp. MS Office
- English and German language skills.
