As a Marketing Senior Manager on our Enterprise Client Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives that showcase how our products and services help clients achieve their goals. You'll develop and execute strategic initiatives that support our sales teams in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and client satisfaction across OEMs, Dealers, and lenders.
This role requires strategic thinking, comprehensive product knowledge, strong communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll partner with marketing colleagues, stakeholders, and teams across the organization to develop collateral and sales enablement tools for client meetings, RFPs, industry events, thought leadership pieces, and more.

What You'll Do:
- Craft marketing programs that strengthen relationships with our enterprise accounts
- Collaborate on growth strategies that optimize engagement with high-value clients
- Bridge the gap between sales teams and marketing capabilities
- Bring the client perspective to all marketing initiatives
- Continuously improve our approach through metrics-based insights
- Create and maintain account marketing programs and develop sales enablement content such as client pitch decks, business review presentations, and customizable sales collateral
- Participate in growth strategy development with sales teams to optimize engagement with high-value accounts
- Educate Enterprise Sales and client support teams on new and existing marketing activities
- Guide agency partners to deliver high-impact creative assets that drive engagement and leads
- Support client meetings and ensure Cox Automotive brand guidelines are consistently applied
- Develop sales enablement strategies based on analytics and value propositions
- Incorporate client perspective when developing product positioning and messaging
- Recommend effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for enterprise accounts
- Define measurement criteria and continuously improve marketing program performance
- Partner with Marketing Technology & Operations to leverage ABM platforms effectively
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and align with Enterprise Marketing goals
- Travel: Willing and able to travel up to 10% as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Who You Are:
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 8 years of experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field with no degree.

- Demonstrates deep understanding of marketing technologies, including Salesforce, Seismic, and major social platforms
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills

- Present with confidence and write with clarity

USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
