We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and drive digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media marketing, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, with a passion for leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns to support business growth.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Manage and maintain social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Google) while creating engaging content.
  • Launch and manage online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns tailored for home buyers through Google Ads and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in content creation and audience engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Skills Required
