Job Description

Customized Energy Solutions is a leader in the energy industry, providing innovative solutions in renewable energy, energy trading, energy consulting, etc. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and coordinate global marketing efforts, including collaboration with our India office.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media initiatives, and overseeing brand positioning. This role requires strong collaboration across departments and international teams to align marketing efforts and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Align marketing efforts between the U.S. and India offices to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and outreach.
  • Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, paid campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.

Brand & Content Management

  • Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, white papers, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging content for social media, blogs, and industry publications.
  • Ensure all content aligns with industry regulations, company values, and target audience preferences.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and email marketing.
  • Oversee analytics and reporting for digital and social media performance, using insights to refine strategy.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Event & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate event sponsorships, partnerships, and speaking opportunities.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote events and drive lead generation.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, including the Marketing Assistant and other team members.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Coordinate with the India office to streamline global marketing strategies and cross-regional campaigns.

Budgeting & Performance Analysis

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize impact.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Optimize spending based on performance data and business priorities.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the energy industry or a related sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics.
  • Experience working with international teams, particularly in India, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and content management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings or deadlines across different time
