The role requires strong battery-sector expertise, senior stakeholder communication, business development, and willingness to travel for meetings, roundtables, and events.

Attend ERCOT stakeholder meetings and produce timely market intelligence reports and analysis for internal and external clients. Evaluate emerging market design proposals, tailor insights to client commercial interests, identify issues, recommend actions, provide real-time reporting, and support client relationships through calls and consulting projects. Develop and manage PLEXOS-based power market models for North American ISO/RTO markets, including production cost, capacity expansion, reliability, and price forecasting. Prepare and validate complex energy datasets, automate modeling workflows with Python, troubleshoot simulations, analyze market results, track market developments, and deliver clear internal and client-facing insights with limited supervision.

Lead business development for CES wholesale offerings, prospect and close multi-year asset management and generation deals, manage pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with technical teams on proposals, represent CES at industry events, and achieve annual new ARR quota while advising clients on market participation and asset optimization across U.S. ISOs.

Attend NYISO stakeholder meetings, produce timely written reports and analyses tailored to client interests, support market design and consulting projects, participate in FERC proceedings, provide real-time market intelligence, and engage clients through regular communication and advisory work.

Track REC markets and RPS regulatory changes, monitor state/utility proceedings, manage REC portfolios and compliance filings, maintain complex data sets and reporting, support registrations and client/regulatory interactions.

Lead administration of on-premises and cloud enterprise databases: installation, upgrades, patching, migrations, backup/recovery, performance tuning, HA, security, and cloud modernization.
