Designs, implements, secures, and supports CES’s global enterprise network infrastructure. Owns routing, switching, firewalls, network access control, load balancers, WAN connectivity, VPNs, and hybrid AWS/Azure networking. Leads network projects, manages incidents and root-cause analysis, maintains documentation and standards, supports 24x7 operations, coordinates with clients and stakeholders, and mentors junior engineers. The role is based onsite in Philadelphia with potential future hybrid flexibility.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and web technologies. Responsibilities include developing multi-tier systems, database artifacts, business logic, user interfaces, APIs, and integrations; collaborating with architects, analysts, QA, product owners, and project managers; supporting production issue resolution; and mentoring junior developers. The role also contributes to architectural improvements, delivery estimation, technology adoption, and reliable software practices for energy-market services.

Design, build, and automate scalable multi-account AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terraform Cloud. Implement cloud networking, security, and FinOps practices; develop CI/CD for IaC, support migration from on-prem to AWS, administer container platforms (EKS/ECS), maintain observability and DR, document runbooks, and participate in on-call rotation while coordinating with stakeholders and clients.

Lead administration of on-premises and cloud enterprise databases: installation, upgrades, patching, migrations, backup/recovery, performance tuning, HA, security, and cloud modernization. Support data platform integrations (ETL/ELT, Databricks, data lakes), collaborate with infrastructure and development teams, create runbooks, and improve monitoring and automation.

The role involves community engagement, business development, market analysis, project planning, execution, and training for off-grid energy solutions in Zambia.

Conduct research on battery manufacturing and related technologies, prepare market reports, build forecast models, and engage with clients for insights.

Assist in developing, implementing, and troubleshooting electronics and software projects, focusing on innovation, data analysis, and AI development to enhance energy performance.
