Responsibilities:
- Customer Meetings and Events:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing the annual customer user group meeting and other key events.
- Manage event registrations, vendor coordination, logistics, and ensure a seamless and engaging attendee experience.
- Support post-event activities, such as feedback collection and reporting.
- Content Management & Marketing Collateral:
- Oversee the import and organization of graphic files within the marketing content platform, ensuring assets remain current and visually appealing.
- Create, proofread, and edit marketing copy for various channels, ensuring brand consistency and a compelling message.
- Internal Communications Support:
- Contribute to internal communications initiatives by drafting, curating, and posting content across company platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency in messaging and support engagement strategies.
- Marketing Budget & Purchasing Process:
- Assist in tracking marketing expenses, processing invoices, and managing purchase orders to ensure budget adherence.
- Support reporting on budget allocation and marketing spend efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and marketing content platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
