As a Senior Program Manager, you lead large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, cloud, and AI. You operate across organizational boundaries, translating objectives aligned to corporate strategy into coordinated, measurable outcomes. You support and operationalize the security strategy across the portfolio, ensuring effective execution through structured programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Strategy, Execution & Delivery
- Execute against existing program direction and strategic priorities, incorporating security and performance, and influencing future prioritization and execution
- Translate program strategy into execution plans across multiple teams and projects
- Lead concurrent projects to deliver program objectives
- Coordinate execution with program managers across cloud, database, interoperability, HealthShare, and AI-enabled systems
- Align scope, priorities, and dependencies to enable delivery
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Orchestrate work across product, engineering, architecture, compliance, and operations
- Serve as integration point for dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage senior stakeholders, including executive engagement
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to support leadership action
- Run structured updates and program reviews to maintain alignment
- Program Performance, Health & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor program performance and health against established KPIs, objectives, and milestones; contribute to KPI refinement
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed
- Maintain clear program visibility and enforce accountability
- Improve execution, coordination, and operational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong fundamentals in planning, scheduling, dependency and risk management
- Experience managing performance to KPIs and driving accountability
- Experience in cloud, healthcare, or enterprise technology environments preferred
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- PMP or equivalent certification a plus

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certifications in product management or information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSK)
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, product management, or related technical disciplines
- Strong understanding of database security, key management, encryption standards, and secure API design
- Familiarity with KMIP, OAuth, OIDC, and other interoperability protocols
- Experience integrating or governing AI/ML systems and MCP-based interfaces
- Understanding of cloud service models and cloud-native security controls
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives from concept to release
