Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Drive customer engagement through strong storytelling, compelling ideas, and meaningful ways to connect.

  • Support in carrying out various marketing and communication activities in Indian Sub-Continent.

  • Communication support in new product launches, dealer activations in Distribution business.

  • Creating marketing collaterals for B2B customers.

  • Build a deep understanding of the Food Industry dynamics, trends, drivers and unmet needs.

  • Support proactive and reactive customer projects to increase the likelihood of winning business through insight, ideas, and strategic alignment.

  • Coordinating and collaborating with sales, innovation and business units to drive industry initiatives and activities.

  • Support in strategizing, conceptualizing and executing the events, trade shows, customer interactions etc.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or any other relevant discipline.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably within the Food Ingredients or FMCG industry.

  • Proven experience in market analysis, communication campaigns, concept development and event management.

  • Understanding of collecting data from secondary reports and creating PowerPoint presentations.

  • Excellent in creating marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills and ability manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for thinking of new and innovative ways of marketing in B2B environment.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
