Our mission is that “Any financial application can onboard any user, anywhere in the world, in 1 click.”
Transak provides onboarding to financial applications through authentication, KYC, risk checks, and fiat on/off ramps. This is a next generation of infrastructure for the next generation of financial applications that are built on blockchain and stablecoin rails. Our API and widget-based solutions are used by top partners like MetaMask, Coinbase, Ledger, and Trust Wallet to enable seamless onboarding of over 10 million users across over 450 active applications.
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team and help us build on a marketing engine that is already moving quickly. This is a broad role. You will support content, support the operational backbone of the marketing team, help us discover new ways to grow, and contribute hands-on across everything from social posting to AEO experimentation.
The right person is curious, detail-driven, and energised by working at a fast pace across many surfaces at once. You will not be expected to know everything on day one, but you will be expected to learn quickly, take initiative, and care about the quality of what we put out into the world.
What you'll do- Support the marketing team across content and operations. You will work with the team on content planning, design reviews, and execution, share suggestions on how things can be sharper, and help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.
- Help us grow our presence on the channels that matter. Today that includes social, search, and increasingly the answer engines that are reshaping how people discover information. We are investing heavily in AEO and want this role to be part of that journey.
- Look for new opportunities. We want someone who notices where Transak should show up next, whether that is a new platform, a new community, a new format, or a new partnership angle, and brings those ideas forward.
- Own the operational rhythm. From keeping our content systems organised, to coordinating approvals, to ensuring our campaigns are tracked properly, you will be the person who keeps the engine running cleanly.
- Contribute on the content side. Posting, scheduling, copy edits, briefs, and small pieces of writing will all be part of your week. We want someone who treats even the smallest piece of content with care.
- 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, ideally with some exposure to crypto, fintech, or B2B technology
- A strong eye for content quality, with examples you are proud of
- Curiosity about AEO, SEO, and how content distribution is changing in the age of LLMs
- Comfort with marketing tools, analytics basics, and getting your hands dirty in spreadsheets when needed
- A bias for action. You move quickly, ask the right questions, and do not wait to be told what to do next
- Strong written English
- Familiarity with the stablecoin, on/off-ramp, or wider crypto infrastructure space
- Experience with community-driven platforms like Reddit at a brand level
- Exposure to compliance-sensitive content workflows
