Description
Kunes Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the marketing department with expense processing, invoice management, purchase orders, and general administrative support. This role helps maintain accurate records, organized workflows, and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable using AI tools as a problem-solving partner.
Key Responsibilities- Process marketing invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Create and maintain expense reports for the marketing team and account managers.
- Monitor spending and report discrepancies to marketing leadership.
- Support the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Prepare and maintain scheduled and on-demand marketing reports.
- Respond to internal requests and provide day-to-day administrative support.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 3 months of related administrative, marketing, office, or coordination experience preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
- Experience in a fast-paced office, marketing, or dealership environment is a plus.
- Interest in process improvement and automation.
