This includes the collection, distribution, and analysis of received financial statements and amendment requests and the filing of any required documentation to maintain credit ratings with the Securities Valuation Office (SVO) or any other regulator as needed.
  • Demonstrate leadership in the design and advocacy of a credit culture within the department and the company. Provide mentorship for junior members of the credit and investment teams. Demonstrate learning mindset with the goal of continued improvement in credit selection and monitoring process.
  • Conduct sophisticated fundamental relative value analysis at the industry and individual issuer levels that manifest in the selection of the bonds that are purchased in the portfolio.
  • Independently produce high quality substantive written reports that are clear and concise and demonstrate the strengths and risks of credit decisions.
  • Source and synthesize a wide variety of data pertaining to any assigned issuer or industry in an efficient manner.  The data includes but is not limited to earnings reports, company presentations, industry data, rating agency considerations and the macro-economic climate all which impact investment decisions.
