Core Responsibilities
With your strategic and forward-thinking mentality and know how to navigate in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, you will help develop and execute the LEGO Group’s strategic agenda and organisational development initiatives.
In doing so, you will need the capabilities to: 
  • Act as a pro-active and trusted strategic advisor, working closely with senior leadership 
  • Drive projects including scoping, analysis and development of recommendations 
  • Lead a large network of internal partners involved in cross-organizational projects

The Strategy & Transformation team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development & value realisation, working on major strategic priorities for the company.
We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and operational topics.
We are a diverse team of professionals with unique background in consulting and / or industry acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to the LEGO Group.

Your eye for business and well-developed interpersonal skills helps you to form strong working relationships across all levels and functions in the organization. Similarly, your excellent project management capabilities drive you to prioritize efficiently and thrive in a project-based, collaborative team environment. Moreover, you come with:
  • Validated experience in a top-tier management consultancy or in an internal FMCG strategy department. It is a plus if you have worked with clients within FMCG and/or Retail 
  • A strategic mind-set coupled with outstanding quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights and meaningful conclusions from sophisticated business problems 
  • The ability to easily shift between abstract strategic discussions and operational details 
  • Demonstrated project management skills that enable you to lead projects (independently or as part of a team) and prioritize numerous tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Solid communication skills, an open mind and the ability to work across many markets and organizational levels 
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
