Ready to take the lead in redefining Mould Engineering? Join a dynamic team that thrives on development and collaboration! The Enabling & Technology (ET) team is a vital part of the Mould Engineering organization and is on the lookout for a Senior Enabling Engineer who is passionate about optimizing processes and driving efficiency! 

The maternity cover will be until the 28th February 2027. 

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Lead the process mapping initiatives within Mould Engineering (ME), identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights into existing processes. 

  • Modelling processes into SAP Signavio. 

  • Gather the governance around Standards & guides, making sure that there is a clear structure. 

  • Support specialists in ME to release new versions of standards & guides, and make sure it is properly communicated to the organization. 

  • Support management with preparations for internal audits.

The ET team consists of nine dedicated specialists with a diverse set of backgrounds and areas of responsibility. ET provides strong governance and support in different areas: Processes, Standards & Guides, IT Tools, Problem Solving & Quality Improvements, Business Support across Mould Engineering in addition to other linked organizations to enhance operational efficiency. 

As a Senior Engineer specializing in Mould Engineering, you will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing processes across various functions within our department. Your expertise will help us streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Additionally, you will structure the governance around our technical documentation (Guides & Standards) while ensuring it follows the Internal Management System. 

 

Do you have what it takes 

  • Hold a bachelor degree within engineering or related field, the specific area of engineering is less important, however it requires ability to understand technical environment. 

  • You bring a systematic and structured way of working. 

  • Proven experience in managing a high number of stakeholders and how to bring them in alignment. 

  • Solid understanding of process mapping techniques and tools (e.g. Six sigma, lean methodologies). 

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written. 

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Understanding Danish would be a plus 

It would be beneficial to have: 

  • Experience with the MS Power Platform (Especially Power Apps and Power Automate) 

  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into written legible documentation and training 

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
