You will guide leaders and employees on immigration, tax, and relocation matters, design mobility strategies that drive our global talent agenda, and create seamless, human-centered relocation experiences. We do not offer relocation for this position.

Internally: This role is at Lead professional level.
 

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on immigration laws, tax implications, and relocation processes to employees and management.

  • Develop and implement Global Mobility policies and procedures that align with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support talent acquisition and retention through effective mobility solutions.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality support for relocating employees.

  • Analyze mobility data and trends to find opportunities for improvement and cost- saving measures.

  • Conduct training sessions for HR and management on global mobility standard processes.

  • Stay updated on global mobility trends, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

The Global Mobility team is dedicated to facilitating a smooth transition for employees and their families when relocating to new locations, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Our team collaborates closely with various internal and external partners, including HR, finance, recruitment, as well as tax, and immigration experts. Our overall goal is to create seamless mobility experiences that align with our organization's strategic goals. As a Senior Global Mobility Consultant, you will be at the forefront of this effort, helping to shape policies and provide guidance that empowers our employees to thrive in new environments. This role is essential in fostering a culture of inclusivity and adaptability within our organization. By driving effective mobility solutions, you will not only enhance employee satisfaction but also contribute to our global talent strategy, ultimately supporting our mission to attract and retain top talent worldwide.
 

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in global mobility either client or vendor side including strong knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and relocation processes. In addition, we expect that you bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.

  • Proven analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
