Core ResponsibilitiesIn this specialized position as Compliance Manager, you will have a crucial responsibility in maintaining the safety, security, and compliance of our digital assets. More specifically you will:
Work closely with design and development colleagues from across the business to implement functional compliance requirements and assurance processes that align with the LEGO Group’s digital strategy.
Complete compliance assessments on consumer-facing digital experiences and document approvals
Perform online safety risk assessments of new digital experiences and features.
Identify and action opportunities for process streamlining and consolidating documentation channels with stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to the drafting of digital compliance requirements within relevant internal frameworks (such as the Product Safety Handbook).
Perform impact and gap assessments of new digital legislation across the LEGO Group’s consumer facing digital portfolio.
Validate documentation internally and with accredited certification bodies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
Support with compliance-related consumer inquiries, investigations, and complaints.
Support internal product teams with compliance queries and ideation of mitigation solutions.
You will join the Digital Product Safety team in Billund within Product Safety & Compliance (PS&C) to ensure the LEGO Group’s consumer-facing digital products meet safety standards.

Do you have what it takesWe imagine the ideal candidate has an education within digital design, game development, engineering or similar relevant area or equivalent work experience that has provided knowledge on a similar level. You also come with:
Proven experience within consumer-facing digital product development.
Previous experience with regulatory compliance for consumer-facing digital experiences.
Experience in the performance of risk and impact assessments.
The ability to follow and improve processes.
Experience working with product teams in a large, international company
A curiosity about online safety, data privacy and/or cyber security
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
Love to play with a positive, curious approach and team spirit
It would be beneficial to bring:
Familiarity with industry frameworks and regulation for consumer-facing digital experiences (COPPA, WCAG, GDPR, DSA, OSA, CRA) and relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with the development of digital experiences for users of all ages, including games, websites, apps, firmware and/or marketing campaigns
Toy industry experience
