ABOUT THE ROLE:


Regal.ai is looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team! This pre-sales role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You will serve as a product expert and an AI solutions consultant, guiding prospects on how Regal’s AI-driven platform can optimize customer engagement strategies. We are looking for someone who can play a critical role in the success of our customers, products, and market positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical sales support and align our solutions with our customers' vision.
  • Execute product demos for potential customers, emphasizing the power of AI Agents in customer communications.
  • Assess prospect challenges, showcase how AI automation and data-driven interactions can drive efficiency, and present solutions effectively.
  • Manage the RFP process from start to finish.
  • Document prospect needs and relay feedback to our product & engineering teams.
  • Address technical and product questions from internal teams, prospects, and channel partners, particularly those related to AI models, integrations, and automation.
  • Stay current on AI and customer engagement trends, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance AI-powered solutions.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Owner mentality with accountability for outcomes and team quality. 
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering at a fast-growing SaaS company, with expertise in AI,  automation, or conversational AI.
  • Expertise in at least three of the following: CCaaS, CX, MarTech, AI/ML, APIs, & Programming.
  • Passion for AI and automation, driving real business impact.
  • Comfortable discussing NLP, LLMs, and AI automation with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex AI and automation concepts to non-technical people.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:


This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F.
