Build, tune, and QA conversational AI agents on the Regal platform: design prompts and flows, tune STT/LLM/TTS settings, create custom functions, test agents, codify best practices, and provide product feedback and sales demos.

Lead a 3-5 engineer team building observability tooling and evaluation frameworks for voice AI agents. Own integrations, reliability, and a customer-facing copilot product. Stay hands-on with Python/TypeScript, partner with product teams, remove blockers, and drive hiring and career development.

Lead two engineering teams owning real-time call delivery infrastructure and applied voice AI. Set technical roadmaps, manage and hire engineers, drive model-to-production work on EOU, VAD, AMD, STT accuracy and latency, collaborate with product and AI leadership, and unblock cross-functional challenges.

The Director, Go-To-Market will drive AI adoption, manage key relationships, and collaborate with teams to ensure AI product success, requiring strong technical and analytical skills.

As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll manage customer onboarding by integrating AI Agents, architecting solutions, and ensuring project success through strategic problem-solving and communication.
