About the Role:

This role owns BD Enablement (Global) and Sales Onboarding & Everboarding for US-based Sales teams, ensuring teams across regions ramp quickly, execute consistently, and continuously improve through clear messaging, practical tools, and structured learning.

You’ll partner closely with global Sales Leadership, BD, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to translate GTM strategy into enablement that drives measurable performance.

What will you do :

BD Enablement

  • Build and execute the BD enablement strategy aligned to growth and pipeline goals

  • Create and maintain BD playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling, and prospecting frameworks

  • Operationalize ICPs, personas, and value messaging in partnership with Marketing and Product

  • Enable BD teams on new products, verticals, and GTM motions

  • Identify skill gaps using performance data and field input, and address them through targeted enablement

Sales Onboarding & Everboarding (US Sales Teams)

  • Own onboarding and continuous learning for US-based Sales roles

  • Design role-based onboarding journeys with clear milestones and readiness criteria

  • Deliver ongoing enablement (certifications, refreshers, skill-building, manager coaching tools)

  • Drive adoption through reinforcement, assessments, and feedback loops

  • Partner with Sales Managers to support coaching and inspection.

What are we looking for ?

Must Have:

  • 3-5 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related roles

  • Hands-on experience enabling BD/SDR teams (required)

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions

  • Proven ability to build onboarding and continuous learning programs

  • Experience partnering with Sales Leadership and GTM teams

Good to have :

  • Strategic but highly execution-oriented

  • Seller-empathetic - you build enablement that actually gets used

  • Data-informed and outcome-focused

  • Comfortable influencing cross-functionally

  • Organized and effective in fast-paced environmentsS

Measures of Success :

  • Time-to-productivity for new BD and Sales hires

  • BD pipeline creation and conversion metrics

  • Adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs

  • Impact on key revenue indicators for the sales team.
