Broadridge is growing and seeking a Manager, Risk Management to join its Corporate Risk Management team. This role will play a key part in supporting and administering the company’s insurance programs, including renewals, underwriting submissions, claims management, broker and carrier coordination, and insurance-related analysis and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to help strengthen Broadridge’s insurance operations and risk financing strategy while supporting the business across a dynamic and evolving organization.
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Risk Management, this role will work closely with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and other business partners, as well as external brokers, insurers, and claims administrators. The ideal candidate will bring strong insurance program knowledge, analytical capability, sound judgment, and a proactive, service-oriented approach, along with excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Insurance Program Renewals: Support insurance renewals by gathering and analyzing underwriting data, assisting with underwriting submissions, and coordinating with brokers and internal stakeholders across all lines of coverage. Help maintain renewal schedules, track premium allocations, and review binders and policies for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Casualty Claims Management: Support the management of casualty claims by coordinating with internal stakeholders, brokers, claims administrators, and external counsel as needed. Provide guidance on claims procedures, assist with claims reviews and audits, and develop reporting and analysis on loss trends and claim activity.
Certificates of Insurance: Maintain and manage certificates of insurance from vendors, contractors, suppliers, and other third parties to ensure documentation is current and complete. Coordinate the issuance of Broadridge certificates of insurance to clients, landlords, and other external parties as needed.
Actuarial Loss Projections: Coordinate and monitor semi-annual third-party actuarial projections for casualty losses to confirm proper reserving practices at Broadridge.
Cost Allocation Methodology: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of a cost allocation methodology that fairly and accurately assigns insurance and risk-related costs across the organization.
SOX Compliance: Support or oversee the Risk Management department’s SOX compliance requirements.
Insurance Program Administration: Perform daily activities related to the administration of Broadridge’s insurance programs, including responding to insurance-related questions, supporting presentations and reporting, and handling special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required; risk management, insurance, finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or a related insurance role.
Experience supporting insurance renewals, underwriting submissions, claims management, and broker/carrier relationships preferred.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional designations such as ARM, CPCU, or CRM are a plus.
Resourceful with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $135,000
Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
