Everest Insurance®, the specialty insurance division of Everest Re Group, Ltd., is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the quality assurance and compliance program.
This position will report to the North America Quality and Compliance Lead of Operations and located with a hybrid schedule in our Warren, New Jersey location.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform operational quality and compliance reviews on issued policies for direct and delegated authority business across lines of business.
- Perform pre-issuance compliance reviews following pre-defined checklists to ensure policy construction adheres to state rules and regulations.
- Execute all steps in the quality review life cycle including file selection, audit scope, quality scoring, process improvement action plans, and validation.
- Communicate quality performance results and recommend corrective/preventative action plans.
- Interact with state regulators, examiners, and Departments of Insurance as needed.
- Participate in preparing materials and information required in response to internal and external regulatory audits.
- Review, interpret, and communicate regulatory bulletin impact on processes, quality reviews, and systems to mitigate risk in support of compliant practices.
- Administer quality and compliance reviews within the TeamThink audit platform.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve and standardize quality assurance and compliance processes across the enterprise and collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Legal to champion and execute compliance initiatives.
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and compliance within P&C insurance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, transaction processing, and industry standard systems.
- Experience with TeamThink (insurance audit software) desired.
- Experience with market conduct exam practices a plus.

- Effectively works with all levels of the organizational and disciplines in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
