HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Responsibilities:
  • Define and launch high-quality product development processes from ideation through final reporting
  • Operate in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders guiding several launches simultaneously
  • Use industry best practices for product development processes specific to telecommunications to translate the appropriate steps for a unique market position
  • Translate process goals into specific sub-processes with the necessary documentation
  • Develop a communication plan to inform stakeholders and process participants
  • Guide product strategies depending on new services or features to drive financial results and work with teams and stakeholders to implement strategies
  • Lead content and product launches and product enhancements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of product development management and process experience
    • 3+ years of telecommunications experience
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, process optimization or a related field
  • Skills
    • Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Analytical, cognitive, office management, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
    • Experience in product management or product development in the telecommunications industry
  • Education:
    • Master's degree in business administration
