YOUR MISSIONVerantwortung für die bedarfsgerechte Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Warenversorgung sowie Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungs- und Supply-Chain-Strategien zur Erreichung von Unternehmenszielen und kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
Identifikation und Steuerung von Liefer- und Versorgungsrisiken sowie Einleitung geeigneter Eskalations- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Analyse, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain inklusive Unterstützung von Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, Merchandising und Operations) sowie Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten und Dienstleister
Verantwortung für Reporting, KPI-Monitoring und Performance Management einschließlich Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Service und Lieferfähigkeit.
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Umfeld
Fundierte Expertise in Supply Chain Management, insbesondere in der Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Warenflüssen sowie der Sicherstellung einer effizienten Warenversorgung
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Supply-Chain- und Beschaffungsstrategien, einschließlich Risikomanagement, Eskalationsmanagement und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit hoher Affinität zu KPI-Management, Reporting und datenbasierten Entscheidungen sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und Analyse-Tools
Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz mit nachweislicher Erfahrung in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit, der Steuerung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern sowie sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.

Skills Required
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Several years of relevant professional experience in supply chain
- Proven expertise in supply chain planning, control and optimization
- Experience developing and implementing procurement and supply-chain strategies including risk and escalation management
- Strong analytical skills, KPI management and reporting experience
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and analysis/reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills and supplier/service provider management experience
- Very good German and English language skills
