Position Summary
RapidScale is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to design, execute, and continuously improve enablement programs that support the organization's go-to-market (GTM) teams across all customer-facing routes to market. Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Operations, this role will partner closely with GTM Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure customer-facing teams across all routes to market have the knowledge, skills, tools, training and resources needed to execute effectively and deliver business outcomes.
This role is responsible for driving onboarding, field readiness, launch readiness, and ongoing learning programs that improve productivity, accelerate time-to-productivity, strengthen execution and support revenue growth. While Solution Marketing owns solution messaging, positioning and sales content, the GTM Enablement Manager is responsible for developing enablement programs and training materials related to GTM initiatives, operational processes, systems, methodologies, and organizational changes, while ensuring solution-specific content is successfully delivered and adopted across all customer-facing functions.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, project manager, communicator, and change agent who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives while driving cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Do
Onboarding and Sales Readiness
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for customer facing roles, ensuring new hires achieve role readiness and productivity as quickly as possible.
- Design and manage role-based onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs across GTM functions.
- Develop and execute field readiness plans for new solutions, sales motions, tools, processes and GTM initiatives.
- Partner with Solution Marketing to operationalize solution and portfolio-related enablement assets and ensure successful delivery across all customer-facing audiences.
- Develop training materials, facilitator guides, learning paths, job aids, communications, and supporting resources related to GTM intiatives, operational processes, systems, tools, methodologies and organizational changes.
- Ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, resources and reinforcement needed to execute successfully.
- Measure onboarding effectiveness, enablement adoption and readiness outcomes using insights to continuously improve programs.
Enablement Program Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enablement programs supporting GTM initaitives, business transformations, process changes, sales motions, and strategic priorities.
- Partner with Solution Marketing to deploy and reinforce solution-specific messaging, positioning, and content once assets have been developed.
- Develop and maintain training materials and learning programs supporting operational excellence, process adoption, sales methodologies, systems, tools, and organizational readiness.
- Coordinate training delivery, certifications, communications, reinforcement activities and readiness checkpoints across GTM audiences.
- Ensure enablement programs are appropriately tailored for different routes to market, including Direct Sales, Patners, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success.
Learning & Program Management
- Develop and maintain enablement curricula, instructor-led training materials, eLearning content, learner guides, and supporting documentation related to GTM initiatives and business priorities.
- Establish repeatable learning programs that reinforce knowledge retention, process adherence, and execution consistency.
- Govern enablement communications, learning calendars, certification programs, and knowledge-sharing forums across the GTM organization.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
- Experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related function.
- Experience supporting customer-facing organizations in a technology, SaaS, cloud, managed services, or consulting environment.
- Experience developing enablement curricula, training programs, facilitator materials, learner guides, communications, and instructional content.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing enablement programs from concept through implementation.
- Experience translating business processes, systems, methodologies, and organizational changes into effective learning experiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics to measure program effectiveness.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, CRM, and content management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise technology sales organizations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or VMware.
- Experience supporting multiple routes to market, including direct sales, channel, alliances, and strategic partnerships.
- Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, or similar enablement technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional change management initiatives.
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $0.00 - $0.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
