Role Overview
Key ResponsibilitiesManage core finance activities and support day-to-day financial operations in a GCC setup.
Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end book close activities.
Review and oversee accounts payable processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Ensure accurate accounting treatment in line with India GAAP and applicable tax requirements.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
Use Excel and ERP systems to support reporting, analysis, and process efficiency.
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues and support business decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, accuracy, and turnaround time.
Qualifications
Qualifications
MBA, MCOM, CA, or ACWA.
Around 8–10 years of relevant finance experience.
Experience in core finance roles within a GCC environment.
Strong background in book close, accounts payable, and expense reimbursement.
Knowledge of India GAAP and taxation.
Proficiency in Excel and working experience in ERP systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
