Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for business and senior leadership.

Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls across manufacturing operations.

Drive process improvements and standardization across finance processes and reporting.
CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
6–8+ years of experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of product costing, plant costing, pricing, budgeting, P&L management, and manufacturing finance.
Proven experience leading and developing finance teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
