Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a robust and mature reporting and dashboarding strategy, focusing on Workday as the core reporting and dashboarding tool
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams and business leaders to achieve agreed-upon goals
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver dashboards and reports that meet business needs
- Communicate data through reports, presentations, and visualizations to convey meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies, tools and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of dashboards; including AI and other emerging technologies
- Establish and implement an automation strategy to automate recurring people analytics projects and ensure continual improvement in productivity, efficiency and the customer experience
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills
- Set a compelling vision, direction, and priorities for the team
- Develop a capability in the team for effective data storytelling
- Ensure regular and scalable delivery of insights to leaders and stakeholders
- Create reporting and data automations using a combination of tools and languages including SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau and Workday
- Adhere to data governance frameworks and policies to maintain data quality, integrity, and security
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree with 6+ years experience in dashboards and reporting and 1 year experience in a management role or equivalent combination of education and experience (MS + 4 years of experience OR Ph.D. with 1+ years of experience OR 10+ years of relevant experience with no degree)
- 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and dashboarding
- Experience in leading teams in an agile environment, guiding robust requirements gathering and curating and prioritizing backlogs with high key stakeholder groups
- Integrity, maturity, and respect to handle and advise on confidential, sensitive employee data
- Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Executive presence and the ability to partner closely with Divisional leadership at multiple levels
- Excellent leadership and partnering skills required
- Ability to draw insights using data and to make meaningful business recommendations
- Strong programming skills and ability to utilize a variety of data/analytic software/languages/tools; e.g., SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn), Scala, Java, C++, Hive, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability in storytelling with data
USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
